The look and the feel of the feedback form is same irrespective of the channel ( Touch-screen, Email, Website ) through which feedback is being submitted.
This is the home page displayed when the user logs into the Talkback web-based software using the ID provided to him.
The homepage provides instant overview of the feedback received in the last 10 days, links to the latest 10 feedback received and the status of the devices.
The details of the feedback can be seen by clicking on the particular feedback link.
Outlets page shows the organization structure.
Talkback supports a flexible organization structure which can cater to a single outlet organization to a global organization with many levels of regions, countries, states, cities etc.
Any number of feedback forms can be created and assigned to outlets. Different outlets can have different feedback forms with different questions or some common questions.
Manage questions- Add/ edit question to your feedback form.
Type your question, choose the answer type, add options and assign rating to your questions.
Create your bank of questions (which appear on the right ) and drag them into your form on the left to complete your form.
Add graphics to your selected questions, preview and save it.
Drag questions to finalize your form.
Any number of user accounts can be created.
Each user can be granted with permissions for different levels of access. The user can have read and/ or write access. The permissions can also be restricted to certain outlets.
