On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizbeth Muller and today I'm going to teach how to
make arroz con pollo. I'm measuring 3 cups of rice now. I'm going to wash my rice, so
as you can see I'm placing it in there. I'm going to start washing my rice, I like my
white rice washed out. Especially my white rice regular rice anyways. I wash my rice
and clean it up you see I don't like that white stuff or anything like that. Anything
else that looks dark like that is you need to pick it out. Set it down, moving my hand
in there like that. Now there is 2 different types of arroz con pollo, there is one called
arroz cone pollo mojado which is when the chicken and rice is a little bit wet. We are
doing the dry version.
