Alright you guys. We're getting into Michael Jackson hand gestures. Now, one thing particular
about the hand gestures - I know sometimes when I teach my dance classes and I'll do
a move or something like that a lot of people don't really get the articulation of the hand,
the fingers, the wrist and what everything does. And I know when I was a little kid I
studied all that stuff. So we're going to tap into that.
Here's gesture number one. The pointer finger. So it's like this when he's singing, points
up.
Another one. Pointing at you. You. You. You, and you, and you and again you. And you too.
So that's number two.
Number three. This. It looks like Spiderman. Spiderman is here. Michael is there. So there's
a bending of the wrist. There's an angle. You see what's kind of going on here? So you
want to angle that wrist. Two of the fingers are down. Your pointer and your pinky finger
is up and your thumb is out causing that.
Another one. The shaking hand. When he does this in "Billy Jean." Yeah? The shaking hand.
Also, the inside pointer finger pointing on the inside when he's singing, "Wanna Be Starting
Something." When he comes up to you and he's like...on the inside, yeah?
Another one. All five fingers. This one of the only times he has his fingers together
with the exception of the thumb being out. So you want the hand to come out here, four
fingers together, come out.
