Hi, my name is Anne Apra. I'm a cattier and I'm here for Expert Village to host a series
that I like to call catering tips 101. I like to talk today about cutting up some savory
vegetables, onions good things like that. Doing it in a safe and efficient manner. We
have goodies like green onions, mushrooms, zucchini squashes, yellow squashes, cucumbers,
carrots, radishes, brown and purple onions (my favorite), and beautiful yams. Which are
kind of tricky so I'm going to show you some safe and easy scales on how to do that. So
