Started by Kiev in April of 2014 ATO goes on with big difficulties.
Instead of promised "blitzkrieg" Kiev Army has gotten itself into long bloody battles.
ATO was supposed to be finished by 11 of May, 7th of June, 22nd of July.
All deadlines are past but the war keeps raging on, getting more and more Ukrainians sucked in.
Third partial mobilisation is already on the way…
…which is supposed to help replenish 15 military divisions and 44 support divisions.
But there is no hope that this will help the effort.
According to MP Gennady Moskal ATO may run into winter.
(Quote by Gennady Moskal) «Then we will have a real problem, no one will want to live in tents».
«We will only have ruins left, no gas, no water, no heat.»
In such a situation Kiev will be looking for a miracle weapon…
…that can change the outcome of the military operation in their favor.
One of such candidates is a nuclear weapon…
…which Ukraine formerly possessed but surrendered in the early 90s.
On July 23, 2014 the Ukrainian Rada has passed a document…
…that is supposed to reinstate Ukrainian nuclear status.
A country which has 5 nuclear stations on its territory is contemplating…
…to start producing its own nuclear weapons.
But creating such weapons, even having human and technical resources, is not a fast process.
But the victory in Donbass is needed right now…
…not waiting for the autumnal bad weather, or winter colds. What to do?
If nuclear weapons are not available another one can be used - biological.
But, excuse me, where is Ukraine going to get this kind of weapon from?
In Soviet times bio labs producing such weapons were either…
…on the territory of Russia or in Asiatic Republics.
That was before, but the life in not standing still.
During the independence years Ukraine has managed to start its own bio weapons industry.
Obviously not with its own resources, but with a direct support of the USA.
June 15, 2010 in the presence of John Tefft, then US ambassador to Ukraine and Eduard Gurwitz, Mayor of Odessa…
…the Central Lab for diagnosing bio agents has opened in Odessa.
Why did Ukraine need this establishment while it already had its own Plague Institute?
Anatoly Garazjenko, director of Institute Medicine Transport:
«This Lab , which was built with 3 mln dollars, is capable of helping to solve many problems.»
It will be capable handling not only plague virus but also all other kind of viruses as well, including unknown once.
Interesting that Americans' care about the "bio-safety" of former USSR republics is not limited to Ukraine.
In Georgia, near Tbilisi, in the years when M. Saakashvili was a president, also similar Lab was built.
Geoffrey Silverman, former advisor to Saakashvili:
«This lab was built with military funding. Cost: 50 mln USD.»
«The purpose of it is production of bio weapons. It is here because it is dangerous to have it in the USA.»
This Tbilisi Lab is even named after Richard Lugar who is a mastermind of…
…American-Ukrainian cooperation in biological industry (along with Barrack Obama)
Using third countries for placing objects that are "undesirable" from American legal stand point…
… is an old practice of government structures of the USA.
Therefore it is no surprise that labs handling deadly viruses are built in Ukraine or Georgia.
But if territory of Georgia is not permitting setting up several of such labs, Ukraine has no such problem.
That is why having opened one such lab in Odessa…
…Ukrainian government allowed the construction of another one, which was supposed to specialise in animal viruses.
Proposed site was village Shelkostantsiya, near Merefa, in Kharkov region.
Back in the summer of 2013, these plans raised a storm of protests of local population.
«This lab will became a military object for Department of Defence of the USA.»
«Similar lab is already established in Georgia. Neither people nor city of Merefa needs it.»
«We already have a majority of our locals signing petition to stop this project.»
«We do not want to be guinea pigs in developing of bio weapons.»
Anthrax, FMD, Plague, Bird flu and others were supposed to be studied in this new laboratory.
But in November 27 of 2013, Michael Dobkin (then Governor of Kharkov region)…
…ordered to stop construction works of this site.
Whether it was done or not is not known.
After Maidan Dobkin lost his position, and the site itself is now near the front lines of the war.
Kharkov region is a base for the Ukrainian army. City of Merefa is a stone throw away from the front lines.
So is the capability of Ukraine for launching the bio warfare.
Does it have the will to do it? According to the rumours, the will - and insanity are plentiful.
Vladimir Inogorodskikh, director of Press Centre of LNR:
«Since the ATO is not going well for the Ukrainian Army, Kiev Junta committed war crimes.»
«After cluster bombing of Lugansk City Hall they used white phosphorus munitions.»
«They are planning to used bacteriological weapons as well.»
According to writer and activist of resistance, Dmitry Zagabrotsky…
…the decision to use bio weapons was already made. The only question remaining is how to deploy them.
Suggested Ebola and Plague were turned down as they are impossible to control.
Cholera is now viewed as viable alternative. Not a regular strain, but a modification brought in…
… from Georgia, from that very same lab named after Senator Lugar.
It is exactly for this reason that Ukrainian artillery is now changing the tactics of engaging…
… attacking water sources, to make it appear that a Cholera outbreak happens in a "natural" way
The other candidate could be SARS which is close with its symptoms to regular pneumonia.
The Virus was discovered 2 years ago, and therefore little is known about.
Spread through aerosols it could be used for pointed strikes. Mortality rate 25-30%
Readiness of Kiev to start a biological warfare seems to be obvious. The question is the timeline.
On June 30, 2014, Petro Poroshenko, President and Supreme Commander of Ukraine…
…has already promised plan "B", according to which Ukrainian Army will not be conducting…
…large scale military operations. So far the advancement of punitive forces continues.
But looking at the numbers of their losses it will run out of steam at any moment.
When the front lines will stabilise, Kiev will find itself in a dead-end.
The solution for them is blockade, sabotage, terror of local population.
And of course illnesses.
Mass epidemic in cities deprived of normal medical service is more scary then bombs and bullets.
Invisible, silent, a merciless strain of viruses, killing "sub humans" in Donbass.
This is the last hope for the Kiev Junta, who is loosing a Civil war it started.
