We have removed the shells so we are going to toss those and then take our gloves and
pull down from the wrist and this way we haven't contaminated any other surface. We are going
to put our shrimp aside and we are going to g ahead and get our green chiles, a can opener,
a tomato, some cilantro and a clove of garlic. So we are just going to quarter this garlic
because all of these ingredients we are making right here is the sauce for our shrimp so
we don't really have to chop these or mince them very much at all. So because of that
we are not using it for a garnish and we are going to pull some of the cilantro from the
bottom. We are going to give them just a very rough rough chop and our green chiles we shouldn't
have to cut at all. Go ahead and drain them. So again they are slimy and wet so you can
cut them depending on the size of your blender or you don't have to cut them at all. So we
are going to go ahead and take our blender and add our ingredients
and once they are in we are just going to go ahead and pulse them.
