On behalf of Expert Village my name is Elizabeth Muller and today we're gonna make a Spanish
dish, shrimp dish, called camarones enchilados. I'm going to bring my shrimp in there, I'm
going to place it in there now. It's boiling up. I'm going to take our shrimp and place
it in there now, stir it in there. As I'm stirring up the shrimp I'm going to then add
my two last ingredients which will be a little bit more hot pepper and our red wine. Those
are the two ingredients to be put in there last. I'm going to wait a little longer hold
on. I just want a little more of a boil in there.
