The Andes Frozen Mint Cocktail
Welcome back!
It's Drinks with Diablo, with your host Jöhnny Dîablø
Exclusively for theFNDC.com.
And today we're making a Frozen Andes Mint
This is a blended drink like a shake,
And you're gonna need a whole bunch of stuff.
We've got Kahlúa, we've got Bailey's, we've got half & half,
a little Crème de menthe, some Crème de cacao,
both light and dark.
We've got some whipped cream and some vanilla ice cream. Okay.
Ok, two scoops vanilla ice cream,
Yeah.
You need ½ ounce of the white creme de menthe.
Boom Boom Boom
Alright, ½ oz Kahlúa,
And a ½ ounce of the light Crème de cacao.
Alright, ½ ounce of Baileys,
and an ounce and a half of half & half.
Blend 'er up.
[ blends the Frozen Andes Mint Cocktail ]
Alright, Let's see what we got.
Didn't make very much.
[ pours ice cream cocktail ]
There's some small chunks in here, that's OK.
Also you're supposed to float a little bit of the dark stuff on top,
Like a float shot.
Okay.
And you normally put like some whipped cream on there -
Cherries, and whatnot.
Okay, let's try it.
[ guzzles Andes Mint ice cream cocktail ]
Mmm. Tastes minty. That's good.
That's fine, that'll work for a minty drink.
It's pretty good.

Topped with Dark creme de Cacao, whipped cream and cherry.
