Hello posture pupils, I’m Paula Moore the posture doctor from Posture Videos dotcom.
Today I'm going to show you how to carry your shopping bags without straining your backs.
So this is what I often see in the shopping malls. Long, heavy arms; rounding shoulders
and a bit of a stoop. And you can see how uncomfortable that looks when I'm carrying
my shopping.
What I prefer to see, is some bent arm action, where you are using your biceps muscle. As
an alternative, you could use the crook of the arm and carry your shopping this way.
It allows you to stay upright, shoulders nice and open and chin gently tucked in. There
