This video demonstrates how to perform a filesystem extraction from an HTC One
Android phone
This procedure is possible even when the device has
any type of password protection and the USB debugging feature is disabled
in UFED Touch's main menu, select File System extraction
In the vendor list select HTC
Search type the name of the model
using the virtual keyboard
Select lock bypassing or ADB
Next, select where you would like to save the extraction: a removable drive or PC
if you selected a removable drive
we recommend one with at least 32GB available
Read the connection is instructions for the phone
and perform the following actions: make sure the phone is fully charged
and shut the phone down completely
Then, switch to phone on and wait until it completes its start-up
Connect cable A with tip no.100
to the USB source port, and the other end of the cable to the phone
then press Continue
Connect the removable drive or PC cable
to the USB target port. UFED Touch will recognize the drive and continue
automatically to the extraction screen
Once the extraction is complete
you can view the extracted data using UFED Physical Analyzer
