Hello, I'm Olivia Godfrey. And I'm Matt Edmundson and welcome to the Evian Suite here at Wimbledon
2013. Now this year, in a series of videos, we're going to be bringing you all the off
court action that happens at the world's greatest tennis tournament. Yes we are, and there are
celebrities milling around in this exclusive backstage area. We'll be chatting to them
and meeting the fans as well! And exploring all of the delights that this prestigious
event has to offer. Are you ready? I am ready. In that case, let's do this! Let's! Why have
you come dressed as spectacularly as you have done to Wimbledon today. Well its opening
day you know, and it's like I thought it was kind of a tradition. But then I saw you and
I was like 'I guess not!'. I know, I feel like I'm going to get kicked out in a second!
What is it about Wimbledon that you love? It's just a legendary thing. It's got quite
a sort of homely atmosphere really. It's healthy, it's exciting, you know it's competitive,
it's blood, sweat and tears. And Wimbledon is like your favourite old aunty. This is
all entirely all new to me and a learning experience. Why are there children running
around, collecting balls? I don't understand!? All you need to do is this. And then 'hahaha'.
This is something I've been looking forward to doing for a very, very long time. And it's
lovely. It's very British, you can drink champagne and strawberries and you know it's one of
those events that if you can, you should come to once in your life. What brings you to Wimbledon
Mollie? Well I love the tennis, you know obviously watching the good games, the men in shorts
helps as well. Everything! The atmosphere, the excitement, the buzz. Umm... I like the
noises everyone makes when they're watching tennis. Strawberries and cream, scones. I'm
really excited about lunch. Facial spray, you've got a lot of that. A lot of facial
spray here. Are you excited about the tennis? Very excited. I'm excited to see Federer.
I'm looking forward to seeing Djokovic. I'm looking forward to seeing Serena and Venus
who are friends. I'm kind of a little bit obsessed with Nadal. Aren't we all? Is it
'Raffa' or 'Raphael'? You know, he wears that headband. He looks a bit like a Ninja Turtle.
Why so interested in Rafa? I just think he's at playing, He's a really good, you're a fan
of his work. I always like to ask every guest, do you have a nice forearm? I can confirm,
that's very strong. Nadal's arms, I'll go for Federers calves, Murray, Murray's got
a lovely neck. He's got great arms as well actually Murray I think. I think he does.
It's a wonderful place to come you know, and everyone rates it as the best tournament in
the world. You have to come to Wimbledon once in your life, it's just something you have
to do.
