My name is Tarek and it's been now more than ten years that i practice parkour
Parkour is, at the beginning, a natural method which helps to develop the human body
by moving fast and use the environment around us
It's a sportive discipline available for everyone
because it assembles every abilities of the human body
run, jump, climb, ...
a sport who helps to expore the capacities given by our body
The objective in parkour is to overcome the obstacle whether it is physical or/and mental
by bringing up the practicer stronger, nimbler and helping him to trust in himself to be able to simply continue going forward and not being locked at the bottom of the wall(french expression)
Parkour, more personnaly, also contribued to the devellopment of my personality
and i'm persuaded that all thoses values can contribue to a positive spirit
I fundamentally believe in his virtues, feeling good is to be happy someway and also be useful to the society finally
When I began, I began alone
and I did'nt know where to go then I met a lot of people
people who helped me, who supported me and gave me envy to continue, to progress
because in life, when we have a challenge, we would like to pull through without too much sequels, it'll always be sequels, some makes us grown up, some other less.
