Hi, I'm Emily Larew continuing on with our series. We're on the first count of eight,
counts five through eight. We're going to add a body wave and a figure 8 to this part.
So our feet are apart, knees are bent, we just slapped on four, make sure your head
is facing stage left. Your body is going to lean to the right and you pick your right
heel up and then to the left, pick your left heel up. So right, left. So we've got five
and, alright, so again, five and. You're going to pick up your left foot, cross it back,
six. Okay? So really fast, do your feet. One, two, three, four, five and six. Good. Let's
add your arms. Your arms are going to wave from the elbow through the fingertips. Make
sure you're in a blade position here, alright? And as you lean to the right, make sure you
show your back. When you lean to the left you're going to show your front and it just
switches. So five and. Alright? Try it again. Three, four, five and. So make it big even
though the movements are fast. You're going to pick up this hand and hit this on six.
So make sure it carries all the way through, smack it. So your hand is in hi-five, doughnut
hole up on your fist and you're keeping it smacked, just like this. Make sure that there's
energy in your fingertips. That happens on six. So three, four, five and six. Alright?
And that is when on six, our head turns towards the front. So three, four, five and six. From
here we are going to do our figure 8, arms are going to go left, right and you are going
to push it down. Left, right and your foot goes with it. Lean back. Lean front. Good.
Let's put it together. One, two, three, four, five and six, seven eight. Good. And that
was our body wave with figure 8.
