tutorial crochet: daisy pattern it' very easy, you can use it to create bedcover, mufflers...
and everything your fantasy suggests you
we are using thick wool (n.8): white and cyan and wool (n.5) beige for smaller flowers
let's do a smaller flower
1 Rnd:
4 chains (ch)
at the end of the 4th come back to the 1st, take the wool
close, come back to the center take the wool, close and start the 2 Rnd:
6 ch
to shape the 1st petal
then go back to the center
close
and do the 2nd petal: again 6 ch
{we are grabbing also the fist ending of the wool to fasten it
while we start with every petal
in this way we can avoid to use the needle to do that when the work will be finished}
small flower is composed by 8 petals
so let continue: 6 ch for each one
after the 8th petal go back in the center
close
cut the yarn
pull it
small flower is here
recap
1 Rnd: 4 ch 2 Rnd: 6ch for each petal, 8 petals
"Daisy's center"
1 Rnd
5 ch
if you want a bigger hole you must do more than 5ch
close
2 Rnd
3 ch
go back to the center
and now 15 double crochet (dc) {UK: treble (tr)}
after 15 dc (UK: tr) join with the 3th ch (that you do starting 2 Rnd)
pull
cut the wool
recap
1 Rnd: 5 ch (or more, if you like)
2 Rnd: 3 ch + 15 dc(UK: tr) = 16 connections to join
petals that we are going to create
ADVICE!!! if you want to join small flowers and daisy with needle you can go on very quickly with this 1st method BUT then you will waste your time using needle to join together every flower and so we recommend to watch how to do daisy petals (1st method), but avoid starting to work until you see also the 2nd method that is explained right after the 1st. Then you can choose between 1st and 2nd method
Take the white daisy center
insert the wool inside one of the 16 connections
and start 1 Rnd: 10 ch
at the end of 10th ch
go to the next connection and
start again 10 ch
that forms the 2nd petal
continue until
you have 16 petals
