Entering an internal state of silence
does not mean detachment from all that is around us
and entering our inner world.
As silence grows in this room,
we will be able to be more aware of the sounds
contained in this space,
the movements of people in this room,
our own breath and others
and so on.
What prevents us
from being aware of all these things?
our internal noise!
So the action is just the opposite.
The more we are able to be in silence,
we can contain more.
Our training is to develop our ability
to enter this state of silence voluntarily,
by using our own will.
Developing our own will means
"Now I want to enter this state!"
What is my point of reference that I am in a state of silence?
whether I manage to keep my attention at that thing
that i set as my point of referece.
"Come!"
