HARMONIE KRIEGER: Of course, getting ready for your big day, you're probably exercising
every day to look your best and stay thin and stay fit. The day-off is really important
to relax and be calm so you shouldn't do any heavy cardio or anything that's going to get
your heartbeat like going crazy because you're probably nervous enough to go to your bed.
So what I suggest is in the morning, do some meditation, do some yoga, and do some stretching,
anything that can be calming and soothing. Even if you sit, you can do some meditation,
hold your hands up, close your eyes, and just breathe in and out. If you do that for about
two to five minutes, you will just feel so much calmer, but make sure you take about
20 minutes for yourself, just to do some inner breathing. If you need a DVD, you can do some
yoga and you can do some Pilates but nothing that's going to get you all riled up because
you're going to be nervous. So my advice, in the morning do some meditation, close your
eyes, and think of happy thoughts, and just think "I am going to look beautiful today."
