Trapezius Stretch
This exercise demostrates the trapezius stretch.
It is performed by putting the arm of the side that you're stretching behind your back,
laterally flexing your head away from that side using your opposite arm and very gently
pressing on your head to produce an increased stretch in the trapezius musculature.
The stretch is to be performed bilaterally (both sides). Remember to be held for 30 seconds.
Be careful not to over-stress the head and neck muscles.
