Alright, the drink we're about to make is called Rum Collins. Let's go ahead and put
some ice in a glass, and measure out two ounces of light rum. And we'll follow that up with
the juice of one lime. So we've got our plastic lime here, just go ahead and estimate the
juice of one lime, and one teaspoon of powdered sugar. Now, go ahead and shake those up. You
want to get the sugar dissolved in with the lime and the rum. Shake it real well. And
now we've got our Collins glass filled with ice, and we'll strain that in. Alright. Now,
fill it up with carbonated water, and give it a slice of lemon, and a cherry, how about
two cherries, what the heck. Add a straw, and bottoms up.
