Hey Cookaholics, Chef Kendra here and today we're busting out some fried ravioli.
We're using that cheese ravioli recipe we hooked up the other day and making a wonderful
appetizer.
We're dipping these boys first in the buttermilk and then the bread crumbs and we're good to
go. We have about 3 inches of oil in our pot under medium heat.
We're going to fry these snacks at 335 degrees just until they are golden brown and tasty,
flipping occasionally.
Then we're going to slide our golden nuggets out to a cooling rack, and sprinkle them with
salt, and parmesan cheese.
These boys will be nice and crispy and cheesy on the inside. That's whats up!
That's about it, there's nothing left to do but grab our favorite marinara sauce and eat
them.
