Lifestyle modifications can make a huge difference in reducing age spots and dark spots. Of course
we know they're caused by inflammation, so using appropriate topical skin care will make
such difference: using SPF plus obviously using anti-inflammatory agents. Eating foods
that minimize inflammation: like raw fruits and vegetables, the more colorful the better,
will have a huge difference. And finally, when you feel good, your emotions will show
on your face and help minimize inflammation because stress can also cause that inflammatory
process. So I have always said, "Make your heart happy and your skin will glow," and
maybe have even less age spots!
