Alright guys, as you can today is Sunday July 15, 2012...... I am on todaysdate.com .
Whats up guys? Lionel here. Today Im here to talk about Mike Changs new system Insane
Home Fat Loss. Now this system is completely body weight. The only piece of equipment you're
going to need is a towel. There are 8 workouts and a Day 1 Fit Test. The Fit Test is pretty
self explanatory. Its designed to see where you are from a physical fitness perspective.
I took the test about a week and a half ago. Im officially going to be starting the workouts
today. I'm not going to post this video until I've completed the system. I want to give
you an unbiased review. I don't want to tell you what I think the program can do I actually
want to show you. I'm going to be taking pictures of myself every week so I can track my progress.
This system is designed for people who to A: dont have time to go to a gym, B: dont
have access to one, or C: maybe you don't actually want to build muscle per say, you
just want to burn fat. Either way this program is designed to get you where you want to be.
Insane Home Fat Loss Review is was done to see if this program can live up to the hype.
At the current moment I weigh around 218lbs give or take a few pounds. I'm going to actually
go into the bathroom and get on the scale and show you what I weigh in a few minutes.
I gained a lot of weight from February until now because I was working two jobs and just
did not have time to exercise. I was pretty much inactive from February up until July.
Today I've decided to changed that. I want to see how fast this program can pull the
weight off of me. I'm going to be taking a photo of myself today so I can show you where
I am, and then Im going to be taking weekly photos.
Make sure that is zero'd out, and it is. Alright here we go. That is about 216.....yeah. Right
around 216 lbs.
I just finished Day 4 of Insane Home Fat Loss. It's no joke. But Im going to stick with it
and fight through the pain. I am 4 days into this program and have dropped a few pounds
already. Still have a long way to go. I'll keep you guys updated.
August 18th, 2012. Zero...... That is about 204.......making progress.
Insane Home Fat Loss consists of 9 workouts including a Day 1 Fit Test. The Fit Test is
designed to gauge your fitness level and give you a baseline to start from.
I would say repeat the Fit Test at least once every two weeks just to track your progress
and see how far you've come along from the day you first started.
All the exercises are body-weight High Intensity Interval Style workouts that can be done at
home. You wont need any equipment other than a towel or maybe a T-shirt.
Each exercise lasts for 30 seconds and you only get 15 seconds to rest. Its similar to
the Insanity program only a lot shorter but just as effective. Not having time to fully
recover is what makes this program so challenging.
This program is ideal for those who dont have access to a gym or don't really want to build
muscle. Each workout lasts for 20 minutes so it should fit into the tightest of schedules.
This program is completely body-weight all you need is a towel. This program really appealed
to me because at the time I started I was actually working 2 jobs and I was in the middle
of moving. I moved from a house into an apartment complex and I did not have room to bring my
weight set. So I was looking for something I could do from home that was body-weight
based and thats when I found Insane Home Fat Loss.
Now the workouts are 30 seconds of high intensity exercise and only 15 seconds of rest. What
that does is creates an oxygen debt and primes your body for the After-Burn effect.
The exercises are as follows: Day 2: Fatal Assassin (Upper Body and Core)
Day 3: Maximum After-Burn (Lower Body) Day 4: The Hero (Delts, Shoulders, Triceps,
Core)
Day 5: The Fat Destroyer Day 6: Upper Body Blaster (Chest, Shoulders,
Back) Day 7: The Knock Out (Lower Body and Core)
Day 8: Kamikaze (Delts, Triceps, Core)
Day 9: Cores Galore (Abs, Lower Back)
When I first started this program I thought it might be too easy but by the time I got
to Day 4 I was convinced. Days 4, 6 and 9 were the toughest for me because
they were the longest.
These are my cheat day workouts. What you see me doing in the videos are called the
4 round knockout and the M100's. Both of these workouts are actually free workouts that can
be found on Mike Changs Six Pack Shortcuts Youtube channel. I do these workouts on a
Saturday morning because this is my cheat day. I do both of these exercises followed
by a brisk walk.
When I started this program I weighed 216lbs. When I finished on October 15th, I was down
to 191 lbs. So that is a total of 25lbs lost. And as for the results I'll post the before
and after pictures so you can see how far I cam along.
Now as you can see, I lost a lot of weight, especially in the love handle area. Now I
still just a little bit of belly flab I want to get rid of so I'll probably do this program
for another 2 to 3 weeks.
If you're looking for something that's not too insane even though its called Insane Home
Fat Loss. The results are more insane than the actual
workouts.
This is something you should really look into. It can be done at home, you dont need weights,
you dont have to get on a treadmill. I lost 25lbs while I was on this program and I never
set foot inside a gym.
