Hi, My name is Gaynord Hillard and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village and today we are
going to talk about making New Orlean's style Barbequed Shrimp. Alright you've got your
bread. Put it off to the side. Make sure your sauce is still kind of hot, because you don't
want to serve cold food. Give it a quick stir before you are about to serve it. What you
can do is just start pulling out your shrimp. I will just back up for you here. Just start
pulling out your shrimp. Then you can stick your sauce on top of it when your done, so
can kind of manipulate it. Take that shrimp. To me food , a big time with food is appearance,
because appearance is what makes it look good. It's what makes it taste even better. Even
if the food is good, I don't care if it looks bad it is no good for you. You're not going
to want to eat it. If something does look good and the presentation is good, then you
can make it happen. You pile up your shrimp kind of high and you start taking your sauce,
all that onion and all that garlic, that butter sauce. Stick it in a nice big bowl. So, all
of it can soup down into that bread. That will be good stuff. So, whenever you?re ever
your done eating up all these vegetables you've got your bread. To finish it off I like to
take basil. You can like shift knot it. Stick it up there. That's basically what your dish
is going to look like.
