Foods that give you natural energy are basically in three classes: Eating your water: Raw fruits
and vegetables are giving you natural energy throughout the day because the water and the
energy is released gradually. Antioxidants: Foods that are rich in antioxidants, again
many of them are those raw fruits and vegetables, but that protects you from damage from the
environment. And finally, the good omegas: our brain is made mostly of those good omegas,
so eat those walnuts and that cold-water fish. All of those three elements are going to make
a big difference on how you perform on a daily basis.
