Inflate an orange or yellow balloon
leaving a five inch flat tail.
The first two bubbles we twist
to make the lips.
Twist the first soft one inch bubble.
(birds chirping)
Twist the 2nd soft one inch bubble.
(birds chirping)
Lock both ends of the chain
of the first two bubbles
in one lock twist.
(birds chirping)
Force the knot of the balloon
between the fist two bubbles
to secure the lock.
Lock both ends of the first bubbble
in one lock twist.
At the same time we lock both ends
of the 2nd bubble in one lock twist.
Our next 6 bubbles we make soft.
And all of them will be the same size.
Squeeze the balloon before you twist the bubble.
Twist the 3rd soft five inch bubble.
(birds chirping)
Twist the 4th soft five inch bubble.
(birds chirping)
Twist the 5th soft five inch bubble.
Lock both ends of the chain
of the last two bubbles in one lock twist.
Lock both ends of the 4th bubble
in one lock twist.
At the same time you lock
both ends of the 5th bubble
in one lock twist.
(birds chirping)
Twist the 6th soft five inch bubble.
Lock both ends of the chain
of the last four bubbles
in one lock twist.
(birds chirping)
We will split the rest of the balloon
on two bubbles of the same sizes.
Twist the 7th soft five inch bubble.
Lock both ends of the chain
of the last two bubbles in one lock twist.
The rest of the balloon is the 8th bubble.
Lock both ends of the chain
of the last two bubbles in one lock twist.
(birds chirping)
We have made the body of the fish.
(birds chirping)
The fish will look more attractive
if we add eye bubbles and fins.
(birds chirping)
Here is the top view.
The side view.
And the front view.
Inflate a white balloon
making one soft four inch bubble.
Split the white bubble
on two...uh, bubbles of the same size.
(birds chirping)
Now we have to lock both ends of each bubble
in one lock twist.
(birds chirping)
This way we're making two eye bubbles.
And the rest of the white balloon
we will use to make fins.
Make sure to secure the lock
before you cut the rest of the white balloon.
Use scissors to cut off nicely
the rest of the white balloon.
Keep the air inside of the flat tail.
This is our eye bubbles.
And we have tie off the flat tail filled with air.
OK.
Let's force the eye bubbles
...uh, between bubbles of fish body.
...Uh, place the eye bubbles
closer to the mouth, to the lips.
(birds chirping)
The fish body has four bubbles.
We can bend and force the end of the top bubble
between the side bubbles.
Here is the side view.
Now let's tie both ends of the white balloon
together in one knot.
(birds chirping)
We will use this white loop
or white ring to make two fins.
(birds chirping)
Force the white balloon
half way between the bottom bubble
and the side bubbles of the fish body.
Make sure the knot of the white balloon
is hidden between bubbles of the fish.
Use a permanent marker to draw the eyes.
(birds chirping)
Congratulations.
You have made the fish.
Here is the top view.
The front view.
And the bottom view.
(birds chirping)
Have fun and happy twisting :)
