Hi this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we are going to make some lobster pot pie.
So now we want to tempura sauce. So you want to put a little bit in of the yolk. You don't
want to get this scramble or anything so go ahead and just put a little bit in and this
is going to add richness to this sauce. So go ahead and toss some in. As you can see,
it is not as scramblin. It is just what we want and now you want to put this right back
in. Now it is going to add richness to this. It is also going to add some thickness to
it. So go ahead and put that right in.
