For the finishing stitch we'll take both sides and turn them 180 degrees.
Then we're going to join our two square stitch sides together by making them into
a wall stitch again. So, I'm going to use this green strand as my left
strand, this green strand as my right strand.
These yellow strands will be my right square part of the wall stitch.
These red strands will be my left square part of the wall stitch,
and then I'll use these blue strands and make the middle square of the wall
stitch. So there's the left part.
Now I'll do the right part.
Now I'll do the blue strands in the middle.
Then tighten it up. Now I'll make one more wall stitch,
and then I'll finish this off the way I normally finish off a wall stitch.
Then after you've tightened that, turn the two sides inside,
and there you have your heart lanyard and just cut the strands as long as
you want them.
