We're located in downtown Los Angeles.
Our company provides insurance solutions to businesses and
individuals across the country.
Our core values are based upon service, solutions and value.
Our customers are our lifeblood, and we
treat them that way.
We chose Nextiva after an extensive search based upon
the services provided, and we thought would best meet the
needs of our business.
AT&T was providing a basic telephone service for us, and
it wasn't enabling us to manage our business to our
needs and desires.
Nextiva's pricing, when we did our research, was either at
the competitor or slightly below.
We had a net savings as a result of moving to Nextiva.
Nextiva's representatives have been extremely knowledgeable.
When we were looking at a voice over IP solution, they
quickly were able to identify what our needs were and to
provide a solution to enable us to manage our day-to-day
business and grow.
They've been ultra responsive to all of our needs, whether
we pick up the phone and give them a call or send an email.
So it's been awesome.
Nextiva's features have really enabled
us to grow our business.
We have a downtown location and remote locations, and what
it's enabled us to do is for all of us to stay connected.
And even a feature that we didn't really expect was they
were able to pick up a phone, go to a different location and
plug in as if we were back at our office in downtown.
We intend to stay with Nextiva as we grow
and as Nextiva grows.
