and I'm the Executive Vice President
for Mobility Customer Service here at AT&T.
I love the myAT&T app.
And the primary reason I like it is it's so easy and simple.
It allows me to look at my account, see what the current bill is,
and most importantly I think of it
as a gas gauge for my data usage.
I can see all of the users on my account and who's using it,
and I'm pretty sure it's usually my teenage son thatís using it.
I can look in and see that he's used
40% of the data bucket for the month,
and there's five of us sharing it.
So a quick text to him, to askó
you know, does he want me to shut off the data
or should he in fact, modify his usage
so that we don't increase the bucket.
Now if I determine that at some period in time it makes sense
through one quick click I change the price plan as well.
Recently my daughter was going on a trip
and it gave me the ability to go in and
add the international package with a couple of simple quick clicks.
It's really made my interactions simple and easy.
In the end it's just an app.
But it allows me to manage my life,
my account, my relationship with AT&T,
and that's what it's supposed to do.
