On behalf of BB & T, we’d like to invite you to join us
for the BB & T Lectures in Free Enterprise at the University of West Georgia.
BB & T is pleased to partner with the Richards College of Business
to bring noted leaders and entrepreneurs to speak on the UWG campus.
From their own experiences, these dynamic individuals will address the core values
and ethical foundations of free enterprise
as well as some of the issues faced by business management and policy makers.
We at BB & T hope that you will join us
for these engaging and informative discussions.
As Dean of the Richards College of Business, I'd like to express my gratitude
for BB & T’s generous investment in the University of West Georgia
and our students and our community.
We live in a time of unparalleled innovation and opportunities for those who are bold of heart
And the BB & T Lectures in Free Enterprise series allows us to bring to campus
leaders who stand apart from the crowd and who embody that Go West spirit.
They will share with you the lessons they've learned along their paths to success.
The BB & T Lectures in Free Enterprise series are free, open to the public
and we invite you to join us.
Here is a brief preview of our next BB & T speaker.
HI! This is Mike “Stinger” Glenn.
You might know me as a basketball analyst
for the Atlanta Hawks
or perhaps from my own days as a Hawk.
What you may not know is that my Basketball Camp
for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing just celebrated its 33rd anniversary.
And I’m coming to the University of West Georgia in Carrollton
to share what I’ve learned through my years in the NBA and beyond
about success, character and competitive spirit.
So, please join me on September 13th
at UWG at 7:00 pm.
