Hello youtube and youtubres. Here we are again on on more Back and Rear Delts traning video.
As you see this is my third cycle.First cycle consists of 4 exercises for width and the 2 one of 4 exercises for the thickness.And then the 3 cycle is a mix of the 1 and 2 cycle.First an exercises for width and then for thickness
Here i do wide grip lat pull down 10-15reps.I apologize for this ugly angel.I really don't feel this exercise i do it because i dont do any exercise without cabels,so at least i need to have one.Thats because i hurt my lower back,but that is not important.
I did 12-15 reps i pause at the bottom so that i can feel more back if i don't i'l use to much momentum.Then i do chin ups on lat pull down and you can see i don't pull all the way down because i'l hit more biceps instead of back.
As you can see it;s really hard i started to jerk.Here you can see i made a pause so that i can do few more reps.All these exercises you should do without rest back to back that;s the point.To get as much blood possible in the muscle
I do relatively slow and you can see how i extend my arms to get the full stretch in the back,same 10-15 reps.There is 50-60 kg's.And yes weight's are not important whit this style of training.But don't use really light weights try to use heavy weigh
But do more reps whit them.This is the only exercise that i don't know how to do but i like it.So if some know give me some tips.You can see that the weight doesn't go over the chin.That's because i want to hit my back same 10-15 reps what can i say.
You can see old man in the back stretching or something.Now i move to,you will see i will hit the bike.This exercise hit's more the upper back,i am doing it to fast,you can see on my face that i am struggling its hard.Who ever tell's you you have bad form.
But you can fell it in your muscle then its good.This is one of the best exercises for the lats If you don't feel your lats here then i dunno.Try to keep your arms slightly bend.Try every time to strech
the muscle and then squeeze the muscle on the way down.Don't you pull it down whit your hands work the muscle.It's not the some to work the muscle and lift the weight so work it.
You have to stimulate it for growth.And try to do 10-15 reps or more on this exercise.You can see on my face that i died doing it :) This is one of the better exercises for the back,i discovered it lately.
Point of this exercise is to pull your elbows close to your body.Don't put a lot of weight you can see i put to much now i'm lowering or upping the weight we shall see .Lets go i think i upped the weight i dont remember it try to stretch as much asyou can
And hold it when you pull it to your body,you should do it relatively slow slow last 2 exercises are isolation's do 10-15 reps and to them whit good form
Every time i finish 3 cycles i choose 1 exercises which i do 3 sets.Let's say it's a one armed cable row.It's a good exercises you just need to concentrate to fell the muscle
Don't jerk the weight do it in a controlled way.I twist my hand when i pull it to me that's because i can fell more back doing that
Now i do rear delt this is a face pull you can try it i can fell it but that depends from person to person.Again i would do this without jerking the weight,i should do it much slower
