Hi, I'm Bulletyme, dance choreographer here in L.A., on behalf of Expert Village. In this
video we're going to learn how to circle your shoulders, not your head this time, circling
your shoulders on a horizontal plain. Same basic steps like moving your head left and
right, very basic front and back. You're essentially using the same muscles to make this happen.
You have to keep your head very still. So to do that, just keep your head still, act
like it's in a box, and just move your shoulder over to the right and over to the left, right,
left, just the shoulders. Try not to go like that. That happens a lot or sometimes people
go like this. Just move your shoulders only over to that side, and back to that side,
and then front, and then back, leaving your head in that space, in that moment in time,
right there stuck as you move your body around the head. Those four points, right, left,
front, back. Then you take that and circle it around and there you have moving your shoulders
on a horizontal plain.
