Hi, my name is Leslie Moselle and I am from Tampa, Florida and on behalf of Expert Village,
this is how to do laundry. Your next load is your delicates. Now sometimes people question
themselves as what they want to consider delicates. Some people don't even consider delicates
at all. But I like to take care of my knits and my silks and my special materials that
need that extra care. So when I am sorting laundry whether it is my laundry or a male's
laundry, the best way to think about your delicates is just the type of material. Now
it is a very thin material that might get destroyed in the wash with your other colored
clothes or other whites, it is better to play it safe than sorry and just go ahead and just
separate them into a special little load. Usually your delicate load is going to be
a smaller load. It is not going to be a lot of clothes unless you are a business man or
woman and have a lot of dress shirts. Now I also want to separate my delicates according
to color. Now you don't have to be too protective in this area but light colors or light colors
and darks are darks. Now for male's clothing, the best way to just really determine what
is delicate is if it has a color. That is a great way to determine which clothes you
want to put in your delicate load. So if it has a color on it, just consider it delicate
and take that extra care. So these two I would put in one load and dress shirts. This dress
shirt has a color. It is a really nice shirt and you don't want this to get ruined. You
don't want to throw this in with the rest of your clothes but you do want to separate
it from your other delicates because you don't want this red shirt to bleed into your lighter
clothes. That is basically what you need to remember for your delicates. Just remember
to have it on the right setting and put it on the right temperature.
