how to increase jumping ability
the first thing you need to do if you want to increase your jumping ability is think
about why you want to increase your jumping ability
do you want to dunk a basketball
do you want to out jump your competition do you want to be a better athlete or maybe you want to be
all of the above
Once you remind yourself why you want to increase your jumping ability you will be motivated
to do what needs to be done to jump higher one of the simplest things you
can do
to increase your vertical jump and start jumping higher is work on your
flexibility spending ten to twenty minutes a day stretching your calves, quads, and hamstrings
can help you to increase your jumping ability and your flexibility
weight training is another way to increase your jumping ability you can focus
on doing squats and deadlifts focus on having a great squatting form before you
add a whole bunch of weight
the same goes for deadlifts you wanna make sure you have good form and
you're not straining yourself because that can lead to injury
do strength training at least three to five days a week if you don't have
exercise equipment like a barbell or dumbbells you can use your own bodyweight as
exercise equipment
you can do squats lunges toe raises jumping rope pushups pull ups crunches and just
practice jumping as high as you can
start taking action as soon as possible

get a stretching routine together and a strength training routine together and
make a schedule
