Hi! This is Rich Buccola of New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm
going to show you how to make coconut shrimp with orange marmalade dipping sauce. I just
want to show you another alternative to maybe serving this the fancy way. What I do sometimes.
This is more picking food, but you can actually do something like this where you would put
a little of this. A little bit of the apricot and go like that. Put a little bit of the
orange marmalade and do something like on the plate. Then what you want to do is just
grab your shrimp and try to build a nice little piles like so. It looks really nice if you
do it really good. Something like this where it's all fancy like that. I usually take my
rounded lemon peel. What I'll do is just cut it like that in half, just turn it like so,
and put it like that. There you go. You can serve it real fancy like that. It looks kind
of nice. Simple, but still really good. Keep it simple stupid. Remember that one? A nice
way to serve your coconut and apricot. Coconut shrimp and orange marmalade sauce.
