Hi, I'm "Savvy Girl," Megan Farquhar. Sometimes life can get a little hectic, so I always
turn to a little help - from my apps. The other day I was noticing a little extra junk
in the trunk, and stuff popping out where it shouldn't be - what the hell is that!?
So I decided to try this whole "diet" thing... But apparently, I was doing it wrong... I
heard from a friend that there's this great app called "MyFitnessPal" that tracks all
of your diet and exercise. So I downloaded it, and this is what I found: So I already
set up my goals, which was to lose five pounds, and it calculates exactly how many calories
I have remaining for the day. The app does all the work for you, which is great for lazy
people, or even fitness gurus who want to track all of their macros. The app already,
literally, has millions of food and drink items to choose from. So all I have to do
is search "egg" and see the results. You can also use the bar-code scanning feature - which
I love because I love scanning bar-codes! You can also input your fitness, cardio, and
weightlifting. Yeah... I made the treadmill my biyatch today. At the end of the day, the
app calculates everything you consumed and burned. And just like that, it calculates
everything for you. It will even tell you how much carbohydrates, fat, protein, gluttony,
and guilt you had that day. And there you have my review on "MyFitnessPal." Join me
next time because you just never know what I'll discover next!
