Hi I'm Rachel Dayan for Expert Village. Now let's put some decorations on the cake. First
we are going to grade some carrots and we re going to sprinkle them later on the cake.
The second one we can use is take stripes of carrots we peel a carrot and then we just
use a peeler again to make some thin long strips. Then we are going to twirl them around
the put a toothpick at the end, we are going to put this in a cup of water inside the refrigerator
for 2 hours. These have already been sitting for 2 hours so what happens is that we take
them out they stay in little twirls which we are going to put on the cake now. It gives
it a nice color, you have to be careful when you open it so they won't tare. One more last one. Then we are going to sprinkle
not to much but a little bit of the carrots on top, in between those twirls
and here we got our beautiful carrot cake.
