Our garlic is chopped and we're about to cut a quarter cup of onions. but first we're going
to go ahead and turn on our front burner to about six. Going to measure out a tablespoon
of oil, and take that oil and we're going to move it around so it covers all of the
bottom of the pot. Now we're doing this so that once we're done chopping our onion, the
oil should be hot then we can add and just start sauteing. So we'll take the end of our
onion and again it's going to be about a quarter cup. So we'll cut the top off and remove our
skin, and we're going to dice it just like we did the garlic. And together we bring it
all together, make sure that we get rid of all of our large chunks. And because it'll take longer for onions to
cook and garlic will burn sooner, going to add our onions first.
