What are you going to make? Palli Avada
Ingredients required to make Palli Avada
Groundnuts, Ginger, Green Chillies, Tamarind Juice, Gram Flour, Fruit Salt, Curd, Jaggery, Mint Leaves, Coriander, Cumin Powder, Lemon Juice, Salt, Oil
Take a pan and heat some oil for deep frying
Fry some peeled groundnuts, soak them in water for 2 hours. Then grind them along with ginger, green chillies & salt into a powdery mix
Take the groundnuts powder into a mixing bowl (about 1 1/2 cups of it)
Take 4 spoons of gram flour
Add 1/2 spoon of fruit salt
Add salt as required
Mix well and add some water to make a dough
Make small patties in your palms and deep fry them
Dip the fried Avada in water and take it into a plate
Mix some sugar to the curd
Add the curd over the avada and add some sweet chutney over it as well
Add some green chutney
Sprinkle some cumin powder
