of my juicing journey, I was needless to say, broke. I didn't have a lot of money to buy
my organic vegetables. So what did I do? Well I made a juice recipe that's really affordable,
and I know a lot of people out there probably are having a hard time buying all the organic
veggies that they want every single week. So I wanna make you a juice recipe that was
my first juice recipe that's affordable, that's a great investment in yourself. When you drink
this recipe, you're gonna feel massive amounts of energy, you'll gonna have mental
clarity, you'll gonna sleep better because there's a lot of Magnesium in it as well. And it's
gonna alkalize your liver with phase 2 liver detoxification. And this juice recipe today,
I'm actually using four purple carrots 'coz that's the on I found at the market. I'm using
4 stalks of celery. I'm using 1 lemon and I'm also using a cucumber. Now this juice
recipe is relatively simple, easy to make, and it's really cost effective. It's not gonna
cost you a lot of money. I met with Carlotte Gerson a few weeks ago, and actually one of
her favourite juice recipes in the morning as to juice carrots as well. So, it's loaded
with Beta-Carotene, sometimes I add a little bit of fat to it. You can add coconut oil,
chia seeds, and that helps with the vitamin, with the beta-carotene conversion to Vitamin
A, when you mix it with the fat. This is a really basic recipe, but if your looking for
