Well it is and if I could only do one thing in my practice it would be this.
Because it reduces inflammation, it provides the protein,
it increases the oxygenation the Fruit of the Spirit adds something to the protein.
It's a it's a complete meal and it changes people's lives.
I saw this. We've been working together for two years now
and we have been passionate about getting this out.
I have seen what Dr. Young is doing and we just knew that the
world needs to hear about this and the regimen that he's given his
patients. Because it really does make a difference.
If you could know DeAnna's heart she wants everybody well.
I would say you've found your calling. This
is your passion and every time I see her she's even
more and more enthused. How many kinds of protein are there?
I know that you take an interest in this one making sure that
it is the best you can possibly get.
I like whey protein the best. It is the closest to the body's amino acids.
If a person's allergic to whey we'll use egg protein.
if they have problems with egg there's rice protein, there's other proteins.
I think ways the best but if you have allergies we can adjust.
So that's where we start from and go from there.
Then to combine it with those
really good fats, flax. You know for about 10 years I've had flax seed every morning.
I grind it and put it in a little juice you know.
You can't read anything bad about
flax seed oil. I guess it's just the best and then you've got a little fish oil in there.
Now what is that little bottle?
When you're dealing with a lot of protein you develop a lot of free
fatty acids.
The Spirit helps a lot but we find that you need a little bit more so it's basically
very alkaline minerals that we've also added.
We call acid-base it helps to keep the alkaline up.
You're big on alkaline. Very big very big. Now Jerry when you're going to do a
marathon
or, your trainer to. Yes ma'am right I am.
Is there anything special you eat before you go? Well I'm starting to do this
every morning now because again, a the
the protein is just such a great way to start your day.
The folks at that just drink a juice a real sweet juice there's a major insulin response
and
you actually, while you think it's going to be energy can make you tired.
So the balance again with the protein
mixed with the Fruit of the Spirit mixed with the alkaline really does
create just I think an optimal level of energy for you in a nice
slow-release too. Usually someone who exercises
as you do and when you walked in I knew
you were a runner and everything else.
They're usually someone interested in the dietary thing, to it might not be
their specialty,
but was there something about this grouping right here that he's put
together that you thought, that will work?
Well it's interesting to talk about exercise and interest in nuttrition, Jack
LaLane just
left us yesterday at 96
and he was on junk food diet as a young child and then realized
sort of the power of a positive eating if you will, of healthy eating.
It goes hand in hand, most people
especially as you as you age and we're all getting older together
realize you have to optimize the nutritional piece of this.
When you're younger you can get away with alot of nutritional sins.
When you get a little older your really need to start doing everything right.
Then you look at the disorders of inactivity which
plagues most Americans. If you're not gonna start moving
and I would suggest you do but if you're not then you really need to start to
oxinate the cells and
he's got a mechanism to do that with this. It's amazing when people start to
pick up energy then they start to actually move
and then the results are a magnified.
