Hello, I'm going to introduce Single Leg Stretch this week.
Single leg stretch means stretching a leg
and it can enhance your abs from exercising.
Middle and side abs can be improved.
Spread legs about pelvis wide and raise them.
Raise upper body and place both hands beside knees.
Inhale to be ready then exhale and stretch a leg.
Inhale and change a leg, exhale..
Inhale and change a leg, three.. four..
We will do two more.. five.. six..
Inhale and put legs together.
Exhale and go back to the starting position.
Repeat this exercise for about 10 times.
