My name is Travis Shown; I’m from Bowling Green, KY. I came to Rightlook to learn wheel
repair. Wheel repair is not a very saturated market back in my hometown so it has great
potential to be a really strong business. Really, I just enjoy being in a specialized
field.
The Rightlook staff, whenever I called, was really knowledgeable not only about the wheel
repair training but also the products they use and it really gave me the confidence that
they knew what they were doing.
The size of the class was really small; there were only 2 of us in the wheel repair training
course. It was very personal. The trainer was right over your shoulder looking at every
move you make, making sure that you’re doing it right and will quickly correct you to make
sure that you’re focused and doing what you need to be doing.
The Rightlook machine, what it actually does, it helps a lot. It gives you a very even repair,
not only in the sanding but also in the painting. It works great, it’s really a good product.
The chemicals, they’re great and they’re not difficult to use after you get the hang
of it. They’re easy to mix, easy to spray, it was really great.
My favorite part was when we got to do a custom wheel. We got to mix our own color and apply
it and it turned out really cool.
I came to Rightlook with little knowledge of wheel repair and I’m leaving able to
start a business. The information was great, spot-on and I feel confident to go out there
and start. I had a great time during the wheel repair training. Ruben was great, we had some
very fun lunches and I’ll be glad to come back again. It was just a great experience.
