Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we're going to make what we call a stuffed
Cajun swamp log. While our bell pepper is resting and steaming in the bag, we're going
to show you how to cut up a carrot. On some occasions I like to get a nice flat surface
so I like to cut this down lengthwise of the carrot, so it's not rolling around all over
the place. As you can see it's nice and flat, you can just lay it down like this and start
cutting. We want this to be in pretty small chunks because it's going to be cooking along
with the meat so just like this cut it long ways again. Then I just like to do a nice
little dice. This is about the size that you want if you want to do a little smaller you
can I wouldn't recommend and larger.
