AND WHISK IN CHEDDAR CHEESE, MINCED GARLIC,
DIJON MUSTARD, SALT, PEPPER, AND COOK UNTIL THE CHEESE MELTS.
OK, REMOVE IT FROM THE HEAT, STIR IN THE POTATOES,
THEN TRANSFER TO A BAKING DISH,
TOP WITH PARMESAN CHEESE, AND BAKE.
ADD A SIDE OF HERBED PEAS, AND YOU HAVE A
HEARTY HOME-COOKED MEAL.
