>>We are swiftly approaching Frontier Forts Days... oh wait ...
There we go.
We are swiftly approaching Frontier Forts Days at the Stockyards.
>>Any excuse to wear the hat.
>>Designed to highlight frontier-era life,
Frontier Forts Days brings together authentic wagons, flags, music,
colorful uniforms and military gear from Texas landmarks.
Infantry, artillery and cavalry demonstrations will fill the event schedule
on Friday and Saturday.
Let me say one more time, Artillery demonstrations.
That's people firing cannons and that is awesome.
The event is free and open to the public.

>> Magnolia Park will host another First Friday on the Green on May 13th.
No your math is fine
the event was moved to prevent interfering with Mayfest
So, even though it's on a second Friday, you can still hear great music from your
seat on the St. Augustine.
Festivities start at 7 p.m. and you can get band line up information at

>> Well then I have good news for you and the world of social media.
