AYE JAYE: You know, I've done multiple different circuses where I played a clown until finally,
right after I got out of the army, our side, I caught an audition, and for 35 years, I
played that clown, head clown, worldwide. I started by cutting ribbons with Ray A. Krock.
By the way, all that time, working with a corporation, was very in the closet that I
ever was a carny. I never knew those people until, somewhere down the line, I would see
suppliers doing things that a carny never would have done and then I was okay. But what
I've learned about kids is an awful lot. Number one, their space is very important, so that
when I was introduced, "Here he is, here's Ronald," I would never come out, especially
if it was preschoolers. I would simply go like this... reach in, grab one, and bounce it.
