Hi guys Lauren Battaglini from Kings of Fitness. Today I have a fun challenge for all of you
to try at home. So we are going to be doing 3 different exercises. We are going to be
doing 10 Jump Throughs, 10 Box Jumps, and 10 Squat Thrusts. So now I want you to see
how quickly you can get through those exercises, my time will be posted at the end of the video.
Feel free to please post your videos of you actually doing these exercises in the comments
and we will see who actually has the quickest time doing these exercises! So have fun with
