Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail, and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make
this delicious creamy eggnog cheesecake. Our next step in making the crust is to add three
tablespoons of melted butter and two tablespoons of sugar to our crumbs, and we're going to
do this right in the food processor, it's kind of nice how you can just put everything
in. So let's add the melted butter, you want to try and spread it out a little bit but
be careful not to get it on the centerpiece because that's not going to end up getting
into the crust then. Okay. Try also to avoid dripping on the counter. And then we want
two tablespoons of sugar. There is one tablespoon and a second one. And if you used sweetened
cinnamon graham crackers as I did and you don't like as sweet of a crust, then you can
feel free to cut back on the sugar if you want to. Although chances are if you're adding
extra sugar in the graham crackers you probably want it extra sweet. And then we're just going
to pulse this a couple of times, to get this mixed in. And you can see the crumb is starting to clump
together a little bit. You want it so that the crust is going to stick together so that
when it's baked it's going to hold its shape a bit, so we're going to pulse once or twice
more, and then for the final stuff you're going to use a rubber spatula to scrape up
the bottom a little bit, because some of that butter got down there and there's no getting
it up with the blade.
