Hey, everybody. This week we're going to look at preparing our meals, and if you've been
following Figure & Bikini at all you know how I feel about preparing meals for the week.
I think it's just absolutely critical for success, whether you're trying to get ready
for a competition or if you're even just trying to lose some fat or gain some muscle. If you
don't prepare your meals for the week, you're setting yourself up for failure, and I know
what a lot of you are thinking, "Hey, I don't have time to prepare meals for the week. That
takes a long time." So today I'm going to prove that wrong. So I'm going to prepare
my meals in under two hours, and, candidly, that's pretty standard for me. The first few
times that I tried to do this, where I prepared meals for the week, it probably took me three
or four hours before I got the hang of it, but now I've kind of got it down to a science
and it takes me under two hours. So, you know, I just can't stress enough how much time that
saves during the week, you know, when you think about it if you're trying to find lunch
during the day or if you have to come home and cook dinner. It takes a long time, so
a couple hours on the weekend is time really well worth spent. So here we go. This should
be
a lot of fun.
