So in this clip we'll look at a third option with this particular movement. This will be
harder work, and it will probably be more effective in cleansing because it is movement
and it's going to create some heat. So we'll be creating heat, churning the belly, lighting
a little bit of fire, getting things really moving, versus that still or static position
we were in with just the twist on our back. So again, legs can be belted for a little
more support. Lying on your back arms out to the side. Easier version again is knees
bent, and we'll just take the movement that we did in the previous clip and make it continuous.
Inhaling to prepare, exhaling knees go to the left, try to get the knees to touch the
elbow, right shoulder stays on the floor. Inhaling, knees up, and exhaling to the other
side. Again knees aiming for the elbow, left shoulder stays on the floor. And again. Inhale
up, and exhale over, and inhale up, and exhale over. Now again for the more challenging version,
legs could be straight. This is not for the faint at heart. Exhaling, toes aim towards
the hand, inhaling up, exhaling over. Trying to keep the neck, and the throat, and the
face very soft, and the opposite shoulder on the floor. You can do five in each direction,
so a total of ten. Again the idea is to work up that heat to really churn things up, to
churn the pot.
